1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and VoIP SupportPro ("VoIP Support Pro", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website at voipsupportpro.com and any content, features, or functionality offered on or through it (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Scope: website vs. services
These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. They do not govern the white-label NetSapiens® support services we provide to clients. Those services are governed by a separate written agreement — for example, a master services agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW), and/or data processing addendum (DPA) — signed between VoIP Support Pro and the client.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement with respect to those services, the signed services agreement controls.
Browsing this Site, submitting the contact form, or requesting an assessment does not create a services relationship or any obligation on either party to enter into one.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. The Site is not directed to children, and you may not use it if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:
- use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures;

The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, design, and software — are owned by VoIP Support Pro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own internal, informational, and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
6. Trademarks
"VoIP Support Pro", our logo, and other marks displayed on the Site are trademarks of VoIP Support Pro or its affiliates. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
7. Submissions and enquiries
When you submit information through the Site — for example, via our contact form or live chat — you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We handle the personal information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site or our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you. Please do not send us confidential information you do not wish us to use in this way.

These Terms are governed by the laws without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts.
If you want to require arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a different venue, have counsel draft that language — it is not included here.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Site.
16. General terms
